Charles Cyrille
Before moving to Miami-Dade County Mr. Cyrille worked as a New York City paramedic serving as a 9-1-1 Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Advanced Life Support (ALS) provider. In addition to the many years as an ALS provider he also served 2 years as EMS Supervisor overseeing the day-to-day operations of EMS units in Central Manhattan. Mr. Cyrille currently serves as the Division Director for the Miami-Dade County Office of Emergency Management and as the Florida Emergency Preparedness Association Area 7 Governor. His disaster experience includes fourteen (14) Presidentially Declared and/or Major Disaster Declarations which include: Haiti Earthquake Repatriation 2010, World Trade Center 9/11, Deepwater Horizon, Hurricanes Charley, Frances, Jeanne, Irene, Katrina, Wilma, Super Storm Sandy, Irma and Tropical Storms Ernesto, Rita and Fay.
